The Christopher P. Hart Charitable Giving Fund has been established as a Donor Advised Fund at Charles Schwab Charitable in loving memory of our father.
A Donor Advised Fund is a giving account that allows donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the Fund over time. Donors can contribute to the Fund as frequently as they like, and then recommend grants to charitable organizations whose mission aligns with the purpose of the Fund.
The Christopher P. Hart Charitable Giving Fund is a sponsored fund of Cheerful Giving, a 501c3 nonprofit in good standing: EIN 81-3470281. Donations made will receive a tax receipt and grants will be made by the Christopher P. Hart Charitable Giving Fund to nonprofits in good standing in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Internal Revenue Code.
